# Design System Doc Spec (DSDS)

Version 0.20.0 is a breaking rewrite from JSON entities and document blocks to YAML entries and sections. It points to DTCG, CEM, CSF and executable checks rather than copying their facts; its validator checks reference integrity, cycles, traits, combinations and source files. Draft, not standards-body endorsed.

## Edges

- ships -> Compiled, not written, context, Component contracts, Documentation schema, Validation loops
