Argues against tokenising self-evident constants — zero, transparent, full rounding — on the grounds that a token should carry a decision that varies by theme, density or expression, and that a constant already communicates intent. Also argues the hard part of a design system is organisational, proposing a transparent marketplace of contributed components with usage and quality metrics rather than imposed order.
