# Accessibility under generation

What happens to accessible defaults when an agent composes UI from a system. Cook argues an agent inherits whatever structural gaps the base system already carries, and that the fix is ownership of AI output rather than a better checker. Reid argues the same for documentation: folder hierarchies fail people and models alike.
